Reward yourself...

Rewards – you need to "dangle that carrot in front of the horse." And you need to do it often.

No... I'm not talking about food rewards!

Many people say they already reward themselves. Well don’t... not until you achieve your goals for the week/month. Positive reinforcement works... beating yourself up doesn't.



side note: I'm buying myself something nice for losing my 4 lbs... THANKS HUBBY!
